Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Select, we take great care to ensure that every piece of gold and diamond jewelry meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Returns

All jewelry purchases are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased items.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer one exchange within 15 days of the purchase date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
• The item has not been altered, resized, engraved, repaired, or modified in any way.
• The original invoice/receipt must be presented.
• All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accompanying documents must be provided, where applicable.
• The exchange is subject to inspection and approval by House of Select.

For hygiene, quality-control, and product-security reasons, items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Customized & Special Orders

Customized, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially made jewelry according to the customer’s specifications is not eligible for exchange or return, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

Defective products remain subject to the consumer rights and remedies provided under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

The item may be inspected by our team and/or an appropriate specialist to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alteration or repair.

Our 15-day exchange policy is a voluntary exchange policy offered by House of Select and does not limit or exclude any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.
